I'm Susan Rendler, and I bring with me a wealth of experience as a geriatric life care consultant. With a foundation in both registered nursing and radiology technology, I have extensive experience in various healthcare settings including medical surgery, oncology, and senior living facilities. Notably, I served as the Director of Health Services at a large senior living facility, demonstrating leadership and expertise in managing complex healthcare needs.

 

Driven by a passion for empowering individuals and families navigating the challenges of aging, I established my consultancy to provide personalized guidance and support. My primary focus lies in assessment and care planning based on my client's, physical, cognitive, and home safety needs. I help coordinate services between healthcare providers and families, advocate for all of the patient’s rights and preferences, assist with crisis intervention during emergencies, and serve as emotional and social support for my patients and their families, addressing all of their feelings, anxieties and stressors associated with aging.
